Types of tickets

- One way ticket - ticket with time and date of travel to the selected destination in one direction.


- Return ticket - ticket with a predetermined departure and return time, date and place.


- Open return ticket - ticket doesn't have a predetermined return travel date, it is valid from 30 to 60 day. The validity period varies depending on the bus operating company.


* If you use a ticket with an open return date, the customer is obligated to, two days before the planned date of travel, contact the call center to confirm the time and date of return Bus tickets can be purchased no later than 6-24 hours before the departure. Deadlines of purchase vary depending on the bus operating company and the filled to capacity of the line.

- Transport services provides a bus operating company specified on the ticket. In the case of a transport service is being performed by several bus operating companies together, the name of the carriers will be listed on the ticket.
- In case of changing the timetable by the carrier, the customer will be contacted at the telephone number and email address stated during purchase process.
- If a customer during ticket purchase selected some category (pensioner, student, pupil, child, pension check), the customer will be obligated to show to a driver and/or a conductor the document that proves the customer belongs to passengers category entitled to selected discount (index, report card, etc.). Otherwise, the discount does not apply and the passenger pays extra charge to the full ticket price
- Purchasing ticket for the route that includes crossing one or more borders means that the buyer must carry a valid travel document - passport.

Baggage fee

- It is being paid to a driver and can be paid in amount defined by bus operating company, destination, baggage quantity and size.

Payment option

Cash on delivery:

After sent authentication request, you are going to get a verification code that you use for completing the purchase. Your mobile phone bill will be increased for the amount of your purchase.

Payment by payment cards:

For certain departures and bus operating companies there is available payment by payment cards options. By choosing this payment method opens a window where the customer enter the required information (card number, CVV2/CVC2 and validity date).
After filling in the fields for the card number , CVV2/CVC2 and the period of validity card, your request is sent for processing.
* CVV2/CVC2 is a security three-digit or four-digit number printed on the back of the your card.

Ticket delivery

Tickets bought via portal redvoznje.net will be delivered to a customer home address by the following schedule:

Tickets bought on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday till 14h will be delivered within 24 hours. Here you can calculate shipping fee for your order.

Tickets bought on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after 14h will be delivered within 48 hours.

Tickets bought on: Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday to you home address.

Delivery is carried out on the territory of Serbia and delivery costs pays the buyer.

Post express delivery

Ticket bought through portal redvoznje.net delivers to home address by Post express service. Tickets bought on working days till 14h, will be delivered to customer's home address next day, tickets bought during a weekend will be sent on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Delivery fee is not included in a ticket price. Bus station service charge or so called platform ticket - this fee must be paid on some bus stations for entrance to platforms and it is not calculated in a ticket price.

Cancellation and refund

If the customer of portal redvoznje.net give up of a travel after ticket purchase, the customer is obliged to report it by phone 064 480 80 80 or 012 402 674 every working day from 08:00h to 20:00h, e-mail office@redvoznje.net or through form within the following deadlines:

- In the case of international transportation at the latest 48 before the departure.

- In the case of intercity transportation there is no way of a cancellation of a purchased ticket.

When the customer doesn't have a right to money refund:

- If the customer fails to comply specified dates, loses right to money refund.

- Customer doesn't have right to money refund for additional services (platform ticket, postage fee) that are paid with the ticket that cancels.

When the customer has a right to a refund:

If a customer cancels a ticket within a specified period it will be refunded 90% of the ticket value, while portal redvoznje.net 10% of the total value of the ticket (including a certain tax fee) for the completed services of the ticket reservation and the reservation cancellation.

An example: The value of a purchased ticket is 100 Serbian dinars (including VAT) with the timely return the customer gets a refund of 90 dinars.

- If a customer who bought a ticket via portal redvoznje.net, and the ticket has all correct details, is not able to achieve his right for a ride with the ticket, the customer is obligated to inform our call center as soon as possible by phone 064 480 80 80 or to inform us about that by email office@redvoznje.net.

- Though the portal redvoznje.net do not affect or it is not on any other way responsible for the quality of the service provided by a bus operating company, any customer who bought a ticket from us and isn't satisfied with service provided by a bus operating company should inform our call center as soon as possible by phone 064 480 80 80 or to send us an email to office@redvoznje.net.
